Report of the drums

 W.A.L.T Write a report on school events.

Today we are going learn about the drums, with singing and dancing. It was a amazing I loved how they teached us the vocals and the drums one of them were called, BELLOPHONE. Sorry I forgot the rest of the instruments,- Oh I almost forgot their names, there names were Melissa, the lady, The guys names were Ghana Grooves. We really don't remember. My favorite part was singing, dancing and drumming.   

Emma Twigg Olympic Rower

Emma Twigg Slide 

Emma Twigg is a New Zealand rower. 

Emma grew up in Napier and started rowing when she was 14.

When she was 16 she won her first national title and then she went to the world rowing Junior Championships Greece. In her time of rowing she won 1 Gold 2 Silver and 2 Bronze medals at the world championship. 

Emma won the Emerging talent award at the Halberg awards in 2007. In 2014, Emma got the world rowing female rowing of the year award. Golden rowing era over - Jordan Parry crashes out, Emma Twigg one step closer to Games glory. 

Emma has won first in the in ever Olympics she has been so proud of herself that she won in the Olympics. Last friday Emma Twigg had to compete other people and it was the boat race thing, 

I was excited watching the race...When she racing she had to save her energy and then she went a little faster into second place, and then she went faster then ever and she got to first place and she is gonna make it but then someone else is almost gonna be in first place as well and then she made it into first place and she did, And when she made it she still had to keep going I think and she in first place again and she finished. 

She was so happy and excited that she made it in first place.

 So I did 6 so I was looking around and I found the NBC girls and I counted them, there were 6 girls doing there math on there desk's. 

Refugee Camp

 W.A.L.T: To Experience The Life Of A Refugee. 

On Monday we went to Refugee Camp we walked in groups and had some plain rice all the groups did. It tasted like porridge It was plain and hot It burnt my hands and mouth. We did diffrent avacity there was building camp sites.. It was a good trip and after we ate the rice we started to go to Mr Gray and at Mr Gray we had to build a shelter.
